Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Cap on Damages. Liability of K9 Coaches LLC arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify K9 Coaches LLC from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Choice of Law. GA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of GA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
